ABSTRACT:
Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) has emerged as a powerful driver of economic growth,
employment generation, and skill development in the 21st century. This paper explores the
transformative potential of BPO as a tool for economic empowerment, particularly in
preparing a future-ready workforce aligned with the goals of Edu Vision 2035. Using a
mixed-method approach, the study examines the role of BPO in enhancing employability,
bridging the skills gap, and creating inclusive opportunities for marginalized communities. It
highlights how BPO integrates education, technology, and entrepreneurship to promote
sustainable livelihoods and economic participation, especially for women and youth. The
paper also identifies policy interventions, training models, and industry–academia
collaborations that can strengthen human capital and foster equitable economic growth. The
paper concludes with a strategic framework to leverage BPO for inclusive development by
2035.
