IMPACT AND PROBLEMS OF E-COMMERCE
Author: Harpreet Kaur

E-Commerce is the activity of buying or selling of products on online services or over the Internet. Electronic commerce draws on technologies such as mobile commerce, electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, Internet marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), inventory management systems, and automated data collection systems. Modern electronic commerce typically uses the World Wide Web for at least one part of the transaction's life cycle although it may also use other technologies such as e-mail. Typical E- Commerce transactions include the purchase of online books (such as Amazon) and music purchases (music download in the form of digital distribution such as iTunes Store), and to a less extent, customized/personalized online liquor store inventory services. There are three areas of E- Commerce: online retailing, electric markets, and online auctions. E-Commerce is supported by electronic business.

SMART FARMING AND SUSTAINABILITY: HOW IOT AND MACHINE LEARNING ARE SHAPING SUSTAINABLE FARMING
Author: Gurjit Kaur, Prabhjeet Kaur, Dharinder Tayal

This paper dives into how IoT devices and machine learning are making waves in sustainable farming. Together, these technologies, known as "smart farming," are offering fresh solutions to today’s farming challenges while cutting down on our environmental footprint. By blending numbers and real-life examples, we’ll show how smart farming can really shake up traditional agriculture. Our findings reveal that smart farming can help cut water usage by about 20-30%, reduce fertilizer use by 15-25% and decrease pesticide application by 30-40%, all while keeping or even boosting crop yields. But it’s not all smooth sailing—things like high startup costs, needing tech know-how, and lack of infrastructure, especially for smaller farms, can make it tough for everyone to jump on board. This research aims to clarify both the potential and the obstacles of accepting smart farming practices across different agricultural settings.

REVOLUTIONISING HEALTH COMMUNICATION THROUGH DIGITAL MEDIA AND CHANGING DYNAMICS OF INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION
Author: Upali Mitra, Mahendra Kumar Padhy

The evolutionary rise of digital media has transformed the landscape of interpersonal communication in every sector whether it is agriculture, health care, development, disaster management, or even maintenance of social bonds within and outside the society, presenting both opportunities and challenges. This study particularly explores the changing dynamics of interpersonal communication in health communication, with the intervention of digital media.
This research analyzes how social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, etc., other online platforms, and mobile health applications such as Sanjeevani, Ayushman Bharat, etc., have redefined the way healthcare professionals, patients, and caregivers interact. The findings reveal a shift from traditional, paternalistic models to more collaborative, patient-centered approaches.
Digital media has enabled patients to assume a more active role in their healthcare, accessing information, and connecting with others who share similar experiences. Healthcare professionals, in turn, must adapt to these changes, embracing digital media as a tool for education, support, and empowerment.
However, concerns arise regarding privacy, misinformation, and the digital divide. This study highlights the need for a balanced approach, harnessing the potential of digital media while addressing its limitations.
The researcher has analyzed the already existing data and trends which has been conducted through secondary data collection and expert interviews of medical professionals and beneficiaries. The research concludes that the effective integration of digital media in health communication requires a multidisciplinary effort, emphasizing media literacy, critical thinking, and empathy. By embracing these changes, this can foster more inclusive, patient-centric, and empowering health communication strategies.

THE IMPACT OF HEALTH INDICATORS ON WELL-BEING-A STUDY OF PUNJAB
Author: Gunjan Malhotra

It is a common belief that people's happiness levels drop when they suffer from a significant illness or are in pain. Studies consistently show a strong relationship between well-being and physical and psychological health. Considering the literature, health indicator was studied along with its impact on happiness. Self-reported health was taken as an indicator in the questionnaire. A sample size of a total of 1205 individuals was selected according to the size of the population of the selected districts. An average sample of 200 individuals was taken from each of the 6 districts. Respondents were questioned about their happiness with existing health conditions. Besides, respondents were also enquired about their suffering from any disease, having health insurance, getting any remittances of medical spending, involvement in drugs, and attempting suicide. To study the impact of good health on happiness Tobit model was used. The results show that both physical and mental health plays a role in depicting happiness. People who are satisfied with their health conditions have higher happiness levels. It was also found that respondents who get monetary support through remittances or insurance are happier than those who have to bear the medical expenditure on their own. So, compensatory medical benefits can help in improving overall well-being of people.

ORGANIC FARMING IN INDIA: PROGRESS, CHALLENGES, AND ROLE OF THE PUBLIC POLICY
Author: Lakhveer Singh, Navkiranjit Kaur Dhaliwal

Organic farming in India has gained increasing attention due to rising concerns over health, environmental sustainability, and the negative impacts of chemical-based agriculture. The research aims to track the growth of organic farming over the years in different parts of India and the constraints farmers face in adopting organic farming despite the state's promotional relief. The study is based on secondary data collected through various journals, official sites, and government annual reports. Supported by government schemes like PKVY and NPOP, it offers benefits such as improved soil health, lower input costs, premium market prices, and employment opportunities. The area covered by organic certification is growing gradually in spite of obstacles like limited awareness, marketing problems, and certification fees. Leading this expansion are states like Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra, which show a slow transition to sustainable agricultural methods.

PUNJAB ECONOMY AND DIVERSIFICATION OF AGRICULTURE
Author: Rajwinder Kaur

The Punjab State has played a crucial role in ensuring food security in India, particularly after the Green Revolution of the 1960s. However, Punjab's economy, which heavily depends on agriculture, faces multiple challenges, including overdependence on wheat and rice cultivation, declining soil fertility, depleting groundwater and stagnant farmer incomes. To address these issues, diversification of agriculture has emerged as a key strategy to sustain the state's economic growth and environmental sustainability. This paper explores Punjab's economic structure, the significance of agriculture, the challenges associated with the current agricultural model and the potential benefits of agricultural diversification. It also examines policies, government initiatives and potential alternatives to traditional farming that can lead to a more sustainable and resilient economy.

IMPACT OF AI ON LABOR MARKETS: INTENSIFYING OR MITIGATING UNEMPLOYMENT
Author: Sukhpreet Kaur

Technology has transitioned societies from Agri-based to mechanized-productions; emphasis of technology from being just a tool to an intelligent partner, collaboration, personalization along human capabilities. This transformative potential has led to augmentation, transformation and potential replacement of various manual tasks where humans had reached saturation of physical capacity. As technology advances further, traditional jobs are exposed to risk of being automated, causing unemployment for certain segments of the workforce. This transformation raises the concern for obsolescence of traditional workforce due to AI-driven efficient productivity. This study aims to examine the studies on AI‘s evolution and its potential effects on the labour market. Contributing to the existing literature, this study provides a balanced perspective on AI-driven job creation and job displacement by synthesising findings from multiple sources. This study will provide valuable insights for business executives, governments, policy makers, and researchers for future directions to design strategic and adaptive mechanisms. This study is based on systematic review of scholarly articles, official reports from global institutions such as the OECD, IMF, and World Bank. To comprehend the literature, content analysis methodology was employed, requiring a detailed study of all selected articles. ROLE OF STATE IN GOVERNANCE- POLICIES AND PRACTICES
Author: Harpreet Kaur

The concept of state occupies a central place in discourses on politics and administration. State is basically the political organ of the society. Government is a critical element of the state. The government is constitutionally responsible to the state for administration through various institutions to ensure a better society and improved lives of citizens. Transparency and accountability are essential ingredients of good governance. The interaction between citizens and the government requires a certain level of transparency in its functioning. Accountability ensures an answerability for the actions taken by the government machinery towards the people it serves. Ethical governance can be called as an augmentation to good governance. It requires that public officials adhere to the principle of promoting public interest over personal gains. They should exhibit high standards of moral conduct and consider their jobs as vocation. Vocation here means a purpose driven life committed to the cause of promoting the common good.

ROLE OF SPIRITUALITY IN SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Author: Padmini Tomer

Economic instability is the main problem faced by most of the nation these days. Uncertainties and fluctuation are noticed within the economy and result into negative growth. Human well-being is not a priority at all. Multiple financial crisis, recession, and inflation are the main problems behind the suffering of common man. Unequal distribution of resources, dominance by developed nation, concentration of power in few hands, inappropriate government policies and geopolitical conflicts are the root cause of economic instability. This economic instability can only be corrected with the help of sustainable economic development. To promote the sustainability concept spirituality helps in many ways. Ancient Hindu scripture named ‘The Bhagavad Gita’ teaches human beings how to inculcate the concept of sustainability to live a life full of purpose and meaning. Further, to enlighten the whole world with the teachings of Gita related with sustainable economic development, this research article has been planned. The main objective of the study is to highlight the main teachings of the Bhagavad Gita associated with spiritual economics and how these teachings can help to solve economic problems. This study is descriptive in nature and based upon secondary data. The study concluded that it is the responsibility of the businesses, government, and financial institutions to popularize this concept by set their own example while taking decisions about society as a whole. This definitely helps to up-grade the human capital and will be used as competitive advantage in this competitive materialistic world.

FROM DIGITAL DIVIDE TO DIGITAL BRIDGE: THE ROLE OF ONLINE LEARNING IN RURAL EDUCATION
Author: Bala Khanna

Focusing on the five key factors of internet connection, device availability, digital literacy, motivation, and the cost of data, the study explores the barriers of the use of online learning platforms. A structured questionnaire was administered to 400 participants, to assess their experiences with online learning. These barriers were quantified in the study using descriptive statistics to assess the extent of the barriers. Respondents identified several challenges, including lack of devices, inadequate internet accessibility, and problems with digital literacy. There are important managerial implications of the findings of this study for platform developers and for educational institutions. Both the use, and the usability, of online learning systems could be profoundly expanded by updates to interfaces, cheaper data plans and better internet infrastructure. Beyond onboarding practices to help engage students, users may also benefit from digital literacy training to close the gaps in user skills. Future studies must investigate the long-term effects of these interventions on learner results and take-up rates, with special consideration for socio demographic factors such as location and income. Comparative studies across countries or regions can also shed light on how infrastructure and cultural differences influence the usage of such platforms. In addition, looking for solutions in modern technology, such as virtual reality or AI, can provide creative solutions to these issues and improve the learning experience.

INTEGRATION OF PRINCELY STATES AFTER INDEPENDENCE
Author: Harpreet Kaur

At the time of Indian independence in 1947, there were approximately 565 princely states within British India. These states were not part of the British provinces but were ruled by Indian rulers under the suzerainty of the British crown. Following independence, these states were given the option to join either India or Pakistan, or remain independent. At the Dawn of Independence, being convinced that the princely states should form a part of the overall Union of India, Sardar Patel wanted that democratic governments should be established in the states and the princes should join the Union of India as the federating units. In the process of nation-building, he wanted the citizens of the states to join him. He believed that the will of the people is supreme, and sovereignty rested not with the king but with the people only.

THE DIGITAL DISRUPTION OF BANKING: A FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF FINTECH’S IMPACT ON LEGACY BANKING SYSTEMS
Author: Lovleen, Ashwani Kumar Bhalla, Bhawdeep Singh Tanghi

ABSTRACT
The disruptive forces of FinTech organisations and challenger banks are causing seismic
shifts in the financial services industry. This paper investigates the multi-dimensional
implications of FinTech on technological advancement, changing consumer behaviour,
regulatory dynamics, and investment. It evaluates the financial efficiency of the FinTech
companies and their traditional banking counterparts based on profitability, operating
efficiency, and innovation prowess. The research also considers the impact of FinTech
disruption on traditional business models and revenue systems. It illustrates challenges, such
as digital transformation, FinTech partnerships, and customer-centric drivers, and also
competitive strategies pursued by traditional banks to survive and thrive in a FinTech
dominated environment. The paper ends by reflecting on what this means for all of the actors
in these dramatic changes, and speculates that the future may be a hybrid model industry, one
of the marriage between the old resources of stability and tradition in the established
institutions with the new agility and innovation from the emergent players in the industry,
bubbled by a combination of collaboration, regulation and constant innovation.

CONSUMER BEHAVIOR TOWARDS E-COMMERCE FOR TEXTILE PRODUCTS IN ASSAM
Author: Kumar Bikash Nath & Nilanjan Mazumdar

ABSTRACT:
This study explores the evolving landscape of consumer behavior towards e-commerce for
textile products in Assam, a region rooted in traditional weaving practices yet increasingly
exposed to digital transformation. Drawing on secondary data and qualitative content
analysis, the research identifies key determinants of online purchasing behavior including
trust, convenience, digital literacy, demographic attributes, and perceived risk. Special
attention is given to traditional textile hubs like Sualkuchi, which possess rich cultural
significance but face challenges such as inadequate digital infrastructure, limited awareness,
and resistance to change among small and medium textile enterprises. Findings reveal that
while young, urban consumers show higher engagement with online platforms due to
technological familiarity and perceived ease, rural populations remain cautious. Trustbuilding elements, such as secure transactions, clear return policies, and website credibility,
are critical in influencing online textile purchase decisions. The COVID-19 pandemic
accelerated digital adoption but also exposed systemic gaps in readiness. The study
emphasizes the importance of government intervention, infrastructure enhancement, and
targeted digital literacy initiatives to bridge the e-commerce divide and unlock new economic
opportunities for Assam’s textile sector.

A STUDY OF ENERGY CONSUMER PRICE INFLATION TRENDS IN INDIA AND CHINA (2010–2022)
Author: Neelam Ansari & Rohini A. Kelkar

ABSTRACT:
Energy Consumer Price Inflation plays a vital role in determining the overall cost of living
and production expenses within an economy. This study aims to compare the trends of energy
consumer price inflation in India and China from 2010 to 2022. Both countries, being large
emerging economies, experience significant impacts from fluctuations in global energy
prices. India, heavily reliant on energy imports, faces inflationary volatility due to global
crude oil price shocks, changes in taxation, and deregulation policies. Meanwhile, China,
with a stronger control over its energy pricing mechanisms and a diversified energy portfolio,
displays relatively stable inflation trends. These differences are crucial to understanding how
each nation responds to internal and external economic pressures. The study employs
statistical tools to identify inflation trends, test for correlations, and examine differences in
mean energy inflation rates over time. The analysis reveals that although there is a moderate
correlation between the energy inflation trends of India and China, the relationship is not
statistically significant. However, a significant difference in average inflation rates is
observed, with India recording much higher and more volatile energy inflation than China.
These insights offer valuable implications for policymakers in both nations aiming to
maintain economic stability while ensuring energy affordability amid global uncertainty.

AN EXPLORATORY STUDY OF WOMEN EMPOWERMENT THROUGH MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES
Author: Sandip Das

ABSTRACT
Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is engine of economic growth of India. India
has second largest population in the world. Employment is the major issue in the country.
Agriculture and allied industries provide employment to most human force but MSMEs also
take second position in terms of employment. Getting more output from less investment is an
indicator of economic development of MSMEs in the country. The MSMEs includes both the
participation of men as well as women. Due to its nature of labour intensiveness it leads to

AN ANALYSIS OF THE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES OF ORGANIC FARMING IN DISTRICT SHAHJAHANPUR
Author: Jitendra Kumar & Reena Agrawala

ABSTRACT:
Organic agriculture is being considered as a sustainable option for traditional agriculture,
particularly in ecologically fragile and agrarian areas like Shahjahanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
Objective of this study is to assess empirically the problems and opportunities associated with
the adoption of organic agriculture as faced by the farmers. A sample of 300 farmers was
selected from different blocks of Shahjahanpur with the help of structured interview
schedules, guidelines and Focus Group Discussions using mixed-method approach. This
research finds the major limiting constraints such as lack of consciousness, less availability of
organic inputs, certification problem and weak market systems. Despite these obstacles,
organic agriculture has high potential with growing consumer demand, government
assistance, and ecological benefits. The paper closes with policy suggestion for encouraging
the uptake and the stabilization on of hot lime wash.

A STUDY OF ROLE OF ESG DISCLOSURE ON INVESTMENT DECISION OF INVESTOR IN INDIAN CAPITAL MARKET
Author: Meher Dharmani, Shaili Gala

ABSTRACT:
In the contemporary investment landscape, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG)
disclosure has become a pivotal determinant of investor confidence and decision-making.
Investors today no longer rely solely on financial indicators but also consider non-financial
parameters such as environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and corporate
governance standards when allocating capital. This shift is particularly evident in India,
where regulatory mandates like SEBI’s Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting
(BRSR) have accelerated the integration of ESG practices into corporate reporting. The
growing awareness among both institutional and retail investors has further strengthened the
role of ESG disclosure as a mechanism to ensure transparency, mitigate risks, and enhance
long-term value creation. The study highlights that ESG disclosure reduces information
asymmetry, improves trust, and signals corporate accountability, thereby directly shaping
investor behavior in the Indian capital market. Empirical findings from correlation,
regression, and structural equation modeling demonstrate that environmental and governance
factors exert the strongest influence on purchase decisions, with social aspects also playing a
significant but relatively lesser role. Overall, the research underscores that ESG integration is
no longer a voluntary practice but a necessity for firms aspiring to attract sustainable
investments and maintain competitiveness in a rapidly evolving financial ecosystem.

EXPLORING FUNCTIONAL EXPECTATIONS AND PERFORMANCE FEATURES OF SPORTSWEAR AMONG SPORTSWEAR USERS
Author: Navalgund S, Dedhia E

ABSTRACT:
This research investigates the functional expectations and additional features of sportswear as
perceived by sportswear users in Mumbai and Mumbai Suburbs. Over time, sportswear has
evolved significantly—from basic athletic garments to sophisticated apparel designed to
enhance performance, comfort, and self-assurance. Contemporary sportswear users prioritize
sportswear that meets essential functional criteria such as durability, breathability, moisture
management, flexibility, lightweight construction, and thermal regulation. In addition, there
is increasing interest in advanced attributes including ultraviolet (UV) protection,
antimicrobial and antiviral finishes, odour control, and resistance to staining. To examine
these preferences, primary data was gathered from 160 individuals actively participating in
diverse sporting activities such as gym training, running, cricket, and walking. Structured
questionnaires were employed to assess respondents’ expectations regarding both
performance-oriented and technologically enhanced or aesthetically appealing features of
sportswear. The analysis indicates that while conventional functional aspects remain
fundamental to athletic performance, there is a notable shift toward health-conscious and
innovation-driven features that reflect contemporary sporting lifestyles. These findings offer
valuable insights for sportswear designers and manufacturers seeking to address regionspecific and specialized consumer demands, thereby contributing to the development of
apparel that aligns with evolving user expectations and enhances overall athletic experience.

PERFORMANCE OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS IN DIFFERENT GOVERNANCE: AN INVESTIGATIVE STUDY IN THE CONTEXT OF INDIA
Author: Rajlakshmi Datta & Kajal

ABSTRACT:
India is a blend of states and union territories, each characterized by distinct development
trajectories, economic structures, and cultural and social dynamics. The federal structure of
governance in India allocates responsibilities and powers differently across states and union
territories. In this study, we attempt to assess whether there exists any significant difference
in the performance of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) between two groups: states of
India and Union Territories of India, as the governance of these two groups differs. For this,
we have extracted data from the NITI Aayog Report 2023-24 on SDG. Firstly, we calculated
the mean and Standard Deviation for all states as a group and UTs as another group. Then
we carried out Levene's Test to check equality of variances. We also applied independent ttest by grouping and categorized the data based on the results of Levene's Test, i.e, with the
assumption of equal variance and not having equal variance. Our results suggest that, except
for SDG 1, there is no significant difference between the two groups. We also identified the
best and worst performers for each of the SDGs in these two groups.

EFFECTIVENESS OF GOVERNMENT POLICIES IN URBAN POVERTY ALLEVIATION: A STUDY OF BIHAR
Author: Gopal Kumar & Alok Pratap Singh

ABSTRACT
Urban poverty remains a persistent challenge in Bihar, one of India’s least urbanized yet most
densely populated states. Despite rapid economic reforms and a series of targeted welfare
schemes, the effectiveness of government policies in alleviating poverty in urban Bihar
remains underexplored. The present study assesses the outcomes and efficiency of key
government interventions such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY-Urban),
National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM), Public Distribution System (PDS), and Direct
Benefit Transfer (DBT) initiatives in reducing multidimensional poverty among urban
households. Using a mixed-method design, the study surveyed a sample of 500 urban poor
households selected from Patna, Gaya, Muzaffarpur, and Bhagalpur, representing different
levels of urban development within the state. Primary data were collected through structured
questionnaires focusing on income, employment, housing, education, and access to welfare
benefits. Quantitative analysis employed descriptive statistics, paired t-tests, and logistic
regression to measure the impact of policy participation on income stability, food security,
and housing improvement. Qualitative data from focus group discussions (FGDs) and
interviews with municipal officials complemented the findings. The results indicate a
significant improvement in income stability and housing quality among beneficiaries of
PMAY and NULM, with approximately 68% reporting better livelihood opportunities and
59% noting improved housing conditions. However, issues such as irregular DBT payments,
bureaucratic delays, and limited awareness of entitlements undermine the potential impact of
these schemes. Gender and education were found to be strong predictors of successful benefit
utilization, with women-headed households facing greater barriers in documentation and
access. The study concludes that while Bihar’s urban poverty policies have made measurable
progress in infrastructure and inclusion, their effectiveness is constrained by governance
inefficiencies and inadequate local capacity. Strengthening implementation frameworks,
expanding skill-based livelihood programs, and improving transparency through digital
monitoring can enhance long-term poverty alleviation outcomes.

PUSH–PULL FACTORS OF MIGRATION AND OCCUPATIONAL CHOICES OF URBAN SLUM RESIDENTS
Author: Rajneesh Behra

ABSTRACT
The present study examines the migration status of urban slum dwellers and reveals that most
residents migrate to the city along with their families. The primary reason for migration is the
search for employment, followed by the pursuit of higher income opportunities available in
urban areas. In terms of employment categories, the majority of migrants are engaged as junk
collectors, with others working as rickshaw pullers or in local mandis. These findings
indicate that urban slum dwellers are predominantly involved in informal sector activities to
sustain their daily livelihoods.

INTERPLAY OF FAMILY CLIMATE AND SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS IN DETERMINING STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
Author: Jyoti Kumari

ABSTRACT
The study explores the intricate interplay between family climate, encompassing emotional
warmth, cohesion, conflict levels, and supportive interactions, and socioeconomic status
(SES) in shaping students' academic performance, defined through metrics such as grades,
standardized test scores, and educational attainment. Drawing on ecological systems theory
and family systems perspectives, the analysis synthesizes evidence from meta-analyses,
longitudinal studies, and cross-cultural datasets to reveal that positive family climates buffer
SES-related disparities, mediating up to 35% of achievement variance, while adverse
climates exacerbate low-SES vulnerabilities through heightened stress and diminished
motivation. Key findings indicate moderate positive associations between supportive climates
and performance (r = 0.20–0.30) across SES strata, with stronger effects in high-SES
contexts (β = 0.28) due to resource amplification. A table presents comparative effect sizes,
alongside discussions of moderators like parental involvement and cultural norms. The
inquiry highlights pathways for intervention, advocating family-centric programs to foster
resilient academic trajectories, particularly in under-resourced settings, thereby promoting
educational equity in diverse socio-economic landscapes.

THE FUTURE OF DIGITAL NOMADISM AND ITS IMPACT ON INTERNATIONAL MARKETING STRATEGIES
Author: Amit Arun Medhekar, Jena Joshi, Prashant Vasant Tope & Jini Manish Saxena

ABSTRACT:
Digital nomadism is transforming with celerity towards worldwide workforces, with hosts of experts choosing to work distantly while wandering across varied countries. The upsurge of proficient web-based network, mutual working places, and government-bolstered digital nomad visas has driven this trend. By 2030, digital nomads are expected to form a momentous portion of the global staff, creating new-fangled windfall and suddenly emerged challenges for transnational marketing. Digital nomads epitomize a distinctive consumer segment with discrete needs. Over physical possessions, they place a higher worth on mobility, protean workplace, and practices. As a result, industries such as tourism, hospitality, fintech, and far-flung remote work tools have modified their marketing stratagems. Companies are now encouraging location-independent solutions, such as
borderless banking (e.g., Wise, Revolut) and global co-living spaces (e.g., Selina, Outsite), steering this niche throng through digital channels.

Key Terms: Digital nomadism, tourism, hospitality, fintech, and far-flung remote work tools, marketing stratagems

INDIA – AFRICA TRADE RELATIONS
Author: Himanshu Sood

ABSTRACT
India-Africa trade relations have evolved significantly over the past few decades, driven by mutual interests in fostering economic growth, development, and diversification. India, one of Africa's key trading partners, has increasingly invested in sectors such as infrastructure, energy, agriculture, and technology, contributing to the continent's industrialization efforts. Similarly, Africa has emerged as a critical source of raw materials, minerals, and energy supplies for India. The growth of trade between the two regions has been facilitated by institutional frameworks, such as the India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS), aimed at strengthening economic and political ties. The relationship has been characterized by a growing focus on South-South cooperation, with both regions seeking to benefit from shared development experiences. India’s technological expertise and Africa’s natural resources complement each other, positioning the partnership as a driver of economic transformation. Furthermore, the shift towards diversified trade has
helped increase the resilience of both economies in the face of global challenges. Challenges remain, including infrastructure gaps and political instability in some African nations, but the continued focus on strengthening trade relations is expected to provide long-term benefits for
both sides.
